Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Palmness94 online store and any purchases you make from us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

About us
Palmness94 LLC is a print-on-demand brand offering apparel and related products made to order and shipped to customers worldwide.

Products and colors
We do our best to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will show colors perfectly.

Orders and payment
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing).

Made-to-order items
Most items are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect address. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays or customs). Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
- Reviewing product details, size guides, and order information before completing your purchase.

Intellectual property
All designs, text, and images on this store are owned by Palmness94 LLC or used with permission and may not be copied, resold, or used without our written consent.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palmness94 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
