Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your order from Palmness94.

Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect address entered at checkout.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and, if approved, we’ll resend the item or issue a refund.

- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the issue is caused by incorrect information provided at checkout or normal wear and tear.
